Hormones and Exercise 1

When we talk about hormones ordinary people what to do with sexuality. And why not, if both exercise and sexuality are directly related to health.
The man has created a habitat that has not been able to adapt, and the result is the sedentary lifestyle that invariably leads to a pattern of deterioration in the health and quality of life, commonly associated with aging. Is not there studies with older assets, and the few studies relate to older adults who have resorted to physical exercise to overcome the difficulties health. Then we ignore what is maintaining the health and habits of age with physical exercise, which is not the same as doing Sport. Recall that the latter discipline refers to competition and its practice is limited by the same thing.
Within which implies a deterioration of the body produced by the sedentary life (Fitness least three times a week), one of the systems is deteriorating more and more influence on aging and the onset of disease is the Endocrine System .
Are your glands and hormone production which suffer from lack of exercise, the endocrine system of a sedentary subject is the first system to become a sedentary lifestyle and who also is the possibility of reversing the process by conducting the exercise.

Thus, an obvious disruption caused by sedentary life in the role of insulin, which causes the dreaded Diabetes (insulin resistance), whose symptoms begin to manifest itself ten years after the disease started. The high-intensity exercise, among other advantages, produces a protein called AMPK, capable of preventing the emergence of this evil, through the activation of the use of glucose by muscle tissue.

Similarly, physical exercise promotes higher levels of thyroid hormone secretion, hormone designed to raise the basal metabolic rate (at rest) of all muscle cells. So physical inactivity tends to turn down the metabolism of carbohydrates and fats, increasing the chances of developing metabolic syndrome, with all the changes involved.

From the forty-five years, men suffering from declining Testosterone and the consequent increase in Estrogens, constituting the so-called Andropause. For many, treatment is to administer Testosterone, however the best prevention is through the pursuit of bodybuilding, which promotes the secretion of this hormone.

Also physical exercise promotes the secretion of endorphins, the hormone that produce welfare, helps maintain the emotional health in a world that demands success with a high cost in stress.
